i have command prompt on computor and it seems to slow everthing down when typing into google. can i disable it.

    command prompt is a tiny utility and only 'enabled' when its being used, it doesnt have a background process.why do you have it open when you use google?

    Is it a black window? if it is click in it and type "exit" and press enter the box should close.

    this is always so hard without a view of the op's comp as all comps configured differently, it does sound like a command prompt box tho' click on the x

    Do you mean the feature on google where it guesses what you want to search for?
