    The thing about it is we have the ELECSA certificate for the wiring work for the boiler done at the same time. So either it's some sort of admin error that the Gas Safe certificate wasn't issued or there's some reason that it wasn't signed off and registered so I don't think the above scenario applies.

    Well...30 years experience in the business is not to be sniffed at..I only take cash mind you.
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
