Does such an IDE cable exist?

  • or as culpepper said you can get pci cards which will give you more ide ports

    John - 2 hard drives, 2 dvdr drives. 2 ide cable slots on mother boards, so no I can't put it on the same cable as the DVD, which might I add they both are anyway ;)

    Thanks albertros, don't really have the £35 to spare though. :(

    If you dont need the network capability of that housing you could get just a USB enclosure for less than £20, try https://www.ebuyer.com .

    Ooo you swear at me saying ebuyer! I've had a load of trouble with them recently.

    Its not necessary I have 3 hard drives, 1's due to go, had it 10 years!
