I am not sure what 2/52 means but that happened to my wife's phone when it was only a couple of weeks old. She took it to the Apple store in London and they swapped it for a new one, no questions asked, when she showed them.0 -

Check the ringtone settings. I use a mp3 converted to a ringtone for the wife so I know to answer it if driving and ignore others. Occasionally after I sync it it loses the ringtone and reverts to silence. I then need to re-sync it and add it from Itunes.
Probably not that but puzzled me for a while why the phone didn't ring when the wife called me... :rotfl:0 -

I did check the ring tone settings and everything is ok. I am able to listen to songs online, no problem.
It is only with the incoming calls, neither the ringtone nor the vibration is working.0 -
Is it a standard iphone or jailbroken, if not jailbroken, plug it into Itunes and update the the latest software, 4.3.4, if you have already done that, back the phone up completely and then restore it, put your back up back on and that should sort the problem, if not, as Smick100 said take it to apple and they will swap it for a refurb, or if you are lucky a brand new one (dont worry if you get a refurb as they are just as good, if not better than a new one):beer:0
