0845 Number Redirect

I had to call FedEx today to track a parcel today.
Their customer services number is an 0845 number, so I used http://www.saynoto0870.com/ to get an alternative one.
There was a message saying that the number was no longer in use and that I would be redirected to the correct one (the 0845 number).
Anyone know if that would still come out of my inclusive minutes?

It's tough to say, if you used sayno to find a non-geographic alternative then I would imagine that you can only be charged the national rate set by your provider, if you are redirected during the call then I would imagine that the person you are calling would be picking up the bill for that forwarding service rather than you. This is purely speculative and I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows the correct answer.0 -
I've just checked my "Recent Charges" and the call was included in my minutes.
Don't know why I didn't think about looking there before!
Thanks for your help anyway.0 -

Its not possible to change the cost of call in mid flight,so if you start by dialling a geographical 01/02/03 number thats all your pay to call, even if the people your calling divert number to a dearer service.
PS. National and Local rate,s were abolished years ago.:D0
