Unlocking.com - Recommended??

Hi all,
just after some quick advice and the benefit of your experiences - has anyone used unlocking.com for their phone unlocking and if so how did you find them? Would you recommend?
I've an HTC Hero I'm looking to get unlocked from Orange but don't really want to wait 2 weeks to do it through Orange if I can help it, and a couple of sites I've seen have recommended this lot.

I used them twice last year to unlock an Orange phone. I would use them again but have no other experience of online unlocking to compare them with.
However, it does still take several days. I don't remember how long but it may have been over a week.0
