I'm being charged text messages that i havent subscribed to!

Last week i recently taken on a new contract with 3. I have started to recieve text messages saying i am being charged £4.60 for subscribing to a service that i know i havent subscribed to.
The phone number i am being contacted by is 08000988510 and they are charging me £4.60 for each text. Ive had 3 up to now. Each has been charged to my account.
Can anyone help me sort this out. I am on the phone to three now but they are not being very helpful.
