I don't think you should feel bad and I don't think you should of turned up fashionably late, whats that all about? game playing? if he cant be bothered to confirm beforehand then he doesn't deserve your company, it doesn't really set a good standard if the relationship where to develop, best of luck OP I'm sure there'll be another one along soon:D

I don't feel bad now, iv apologised and he has blatantly ignored me so stuff him!!

Who wants to date a guy who doesn't reply to messages...certainly not me so iv had a lucky escape

He does sound as if he has a very "relaxed" attitude to communication. I think you are right to stay clear. Best of luck, Debbie
