Cooling off and e2save
Hi,
need some advise how get out of contract with e2save.
I ordered phone on internet. They delivered and after few days I decided that I don't like the phone and the battery life was just a nightmare. The phone was dieing on me after 8hour. And I just made 1 phonecall.
I called e2save and told them that I dont like the phone and want to use Cooling off period and cancell the contract. They told me to send the phone back and destroy the sim card.
I send the phone Friday. Monday recived an email from them :
I can confirm the phone has been received and a request for the contract to be cancelled was sent to T-Mobile today. It can take five working days for them to cancel the contract.
Now Tuesday I call T-Mobile to check how I can get my old number back. I used PAC code to transef the number. They told me first that it will take 30days, then that I can not cancell cotract and in the end that I have to notify e2save and deal with them which I did.
They said that T-Mobile cant do anything till will get the request to cancell from e2save.
Are they playing with me? I;m having a feeling that T-Mobile will make problems.
Does anyone know how the process works?
