unblock a orange phone to use as 02

ive been at it for 2 days just need some infor on how to unblock it please

Do you mean unblock, as in it's blocked from use by the network?

Or unLOCK to use with another networks sim card?

If its the second, call Orange and they'll get you the unlock code for £20.

If it's been blocked, then the owner needs to call and get it done provided it wasn't claimed for on the insurance, in that case they won't as it's been replaced.

You could post what phone it is here also you get it unlocked for free if its fairly old phone also many small shops do it on the high street at markets etc but not stolen phones.
