I Have today been offered a deal from the above firm.

The deal includes credits from the company to me each month.

I have heard that some people have problems in getting these credits paid to them, and also if they were to go out of business i fear I would be left paying the large monthly bill, with no credit.

Has anyone had any experience of them and would you recomend them.

thanks:cool:

I have come across other "organisations" offering similar deals. Generally they appear to deliver things which are not what people expect and you have to fight each and every month to get the credit back - and that's if you do. Stick to well-known dealers, research them thoroughly and understand exactly what you're getting into - or don't. Always get everything in writing and prepare to sue from the start - in case you have to and need all the relevant proof then.

Although it's not always the case that if it appears to be too good to be true it is - sometimes (and only somethimes IF you know what you're doing) that doesn't apply.
  • Regardless of the discount that they offer you, you will pay full price line rental. Their best deals are 3 year contracts, so be careful as most phones are designed to last 18 -24 mths before breakage or new technology over takes it.

They will quote you a price, send you a contract, make sure that you read the full contract as they will make you repay discount if you falter on your contract or even upgrade early with the network directly! On the contract you will see a full price line rental, this is what you will pay every month regardless of the amount of “discount” they say they will pay. THEY NEVER WILL PAY THE DISCOUNT! NEVER! The full line rental is pretty much what you would get from the networks directly anyway if you are a new business customer, so you lose either way.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because the people seem really friendly, I had dealings with a wonderful girl named Carey/Kerry, who looked after me and seemed to care about my needs.
