Does anyone know an email address to send a complain to pipex, that wont get fobbed off by one of the space cowboys that work on the phones, as some of them dont even know their own !!!!!!!g names!! :mad:

I remember reading once a few people posting the email address of the boss of O2 in Holland or something, and they had good responses after mailing him! Anyone know of any similar head honchos I could write too here?

I'll mail customer services anyway, but fat load of good it'll do me! they're all probably watching baywatch re-runs! Idiots!

Any help would be greatly appreciated ta!
