I work for a very large online retailer and of course all reviews are... well... "reviewed" before they are published. It is not done so that critical or negative ones can be censored out, as these do show on our websites, but rather to ensure that there is nothing offensive written within them.
On a separate note, my husband recently wrote a review on the Apple website in relation to an official iPhone case he had bought from there. It was negative as basically the phone did not fit properly into the case (£50 down the drain :mad:). The review didn't show for ages and we thought that Apple must therefore not publish negative ones, but eventually after about THREE WEEKS, it was published in full.0 -
I was invited to leave a review by parcel2go. I left a factual review that the parcel took 2 weeks to arrive and did not track upon delivery.
It was never published - so what was the point of asking me?0 -

it was more in reference to another thread where no 1 agreed with the OP and he accused everyone of working for the firm he had an issue with.0
