Changing Mobile price plans
Hi I'm currently on a t-mobile price plan and have noticed I'm not using anywhere near my allowance on minutes and txts. I called t-mobile to ask if I could change my plan and reduce my monthly bill and was told I cannot change price plan until one month before the end of the contract.
Does anyone know whether there is a way round this? When I was with a provious mobile provider I was able to change my plan after the 1st 6 months.

If that is what your contract says, then no.0

Most dont now because most of the time you are paying for your free phone in your price plan0

Nope sounds like you are stuck with it, they would only accept an increase in plan not decrease.0

Hi,
I phoned my mobile supplier and asked why I couldnt do this and they have downgraded my contract to help me save some much needed pennies! I suppose if you dont ask you dont get! Always worth a go!!
