what is it you need to send? it's not by any chance a document that includes pictures?
if so; are those pictures, pictures that you've taken on a 12mb camera, high res and super fine and then inserted them into the document and resized to fit?
if it is and you have then you'll be able to shrink the size of the email by taking all the picture out and resizing them before you put them in the document. Resizing them in a document doesn't decrease the size, you just squeeze it all in but it still keeps its file structure and 'size'.0 -
