Thames Water - Address

I wanted to dispatch correspondence to Mike Tempest, Customer Services Director.

I have looked on the Thames Water website and note the address as:

Thames Water Utilities Limited,
Clearwater Court
Vastern Road
Reading RG1 8DB

Does anyone know whether this is just the registered address (ie mailbox) or would that be the location of Mr Tempest and his associates.

That's bricks 'n mortar though I couldn't tell you if his desk is there. It's a large building on the banks of the Thames.

Yeah vastern road is the Thames Water head office, where else would the directors etc. hang out. The customer centre is based in Swindon, thats where you'll find Mr Tempest and his team of high level correspondence agents
