Sorry, I must have misunderstood. I thought this was a discussion board. How exactly does having a different opinion make me a "fu.ckwit"?
The OP came here asking for advice on how she can legally deprive someone of their property. My advice was that she shouldn't.0 -
Chudders, you aren't helping my situation, so i politely ask you to not bother posting.
Many thanks to those with constructive advice, but I think I'll be deleting my posts now.
And for what it's worth, I had said the landlady has a whole host of reasons for trying to evict us, none of which are true as she has new tenants lined up to come in here.0 -

The landlord MUST house the tenant until a court allows bailiffs to remover her. That's the law. If a landlord can't stand that, don't go into business letting out your home.
The OP is not depriving anyone of their property, the OP pays rent in exchange for a home and will continue to do so until instructed otherwise by a court.
It's very simple, I'm sorry you can't grasp a simple business transaction.0 -
frampie, Don't take offence at the posts some people are idiots. If you want to try again you may want to try asking here:

The deposit needs to have been protected before the S21 was served.
A S21 is not a notice to quit. You may make yourself voluntarily homeless if you move too early in the process so make sure you know what's what before you move out.0 -
do as has been suggested that is stay were you are, i have been there and done it as have a family of 7 so do understand and you will find the councils /housing associations have not the housing stock but have a duty to house you in suitable housing , SO STAY0
