DialaPhone Customer Service Contact Details Please
Hello and Season's greetings to you all.
I was wondering if anyone could provide the e-mail address or direct telephone number of the dialaPhone customer services? I can't find the e-mail on their website, and when trying their published 08703336061 Customer Care number, and after providing all my information via the automated service, I'm then told that it can't be found and that they won't transfer me without valid credentials.
I need to ask them to confirm whether or not I elected for cashback with my contract. The paperwork is currently inaccessible after structural damage due to a ruptured water tank caused considerable damage to my room where they were stored. I have no mention of cashback on my account online, but a couple of things make me certain that I did opt-in for it:
1. I explicitly went looking for the best deal when going withDialaPhone, using their points system. I remember I wanted to save as much as possible, so went for the lowest phone, a free gift, and the lowest tariff, and then I remember it came up as offering a second free gift of £205 in cashback.
2. I phoned up their sales team to check if this was right, and was told that yes, sometimes with lower packages there were enough points left over for more than one free gift.
3. Doing the maths, I had worked out that if I sold my first free gift, an iPod Video, coupling that with the cashback would actually net me a slight profit on the whole year's contract cost.
So now I need to a) get to speak to or write to an actual human and b) get them to honestly tell me if I qualified for cashback or not, and not just try to wangle their way out of paying (like some other companies have tried and been proven to do).
Any help is appreciated, and I'm sorry if this comes over as a tad brisk. I've already messed up one contract's cashback with another company (through my own fault I admit) and I'm very keen to not do the same again if I can avoid it.
