Ticketmaster wont refund me for tickets I didnt get.

Remember reading a thread a while back about Ticketmaster pulling a similar thing with Take That tickets.
Tickets were delivered by a courier, a photo of the door they were delivered to was Ticketmasters proof of delivery. The ticket buyers lived in flats with a shared front door and claimed one of the other residents must have nicked them. Ticketmaster refused to reissue or refund as they had proof of delivery.
I don't think you'll get much luck on this one unless you head to small claims.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
