Cooling off period and cancelling contract with e2save
I order a mobile phone on cotract last Monday. Play with the phone for 2 days and I'm not happy with the phone. The battery full charged 7am in the morning and just died on me at 5pm. I decided to send the phone back. I called them and said that I'm not happy with the phone and would like to use cooling off period and cancel the contract. That was on 5th day. The gave me return address and asked to destroy the sim card. I send the phone back but I affraid that they will refyse cancel the cotract and find a million reasons why I can't do it.
Any advise?
The will recive the phone tomorror. I send a requeted in writing with the phone and used their customer service messege box on their website to let them know that I want to cancell the cotract.
Should i call t-mobile and let them know about my request?
Call e2save tomorrow or just cancell direct debit?
