Hi - I am looking to get my Mrs a phone.
I have been reading about the great T Mobile Pulse offer - sounds like a great phone for £20!
However, it appear that this offer is no longer available.
Can someone recommend a second best?
Ideally:
Pay as you go
Relatively cheap
Smart phone? - too much to ask for?

I would buy a cheap phone from carphone warehouse which will be unlocked, then get a giff gaff sim card, they are the cheapest on the market at the moment and have great monthly deals, also free calls and texts to other giff gaff numbers. The sim is free. https://giffgaff.com0
