Errrrr no.It's someone else's fault.0 -
I spent 2 hours with our buyers telling them everything about every room, and leaving them all the colours that make up the rainbow we painted on the end of the shed
They also got all the plants in the allotment including the raspberries which are producing about 10 punnets every other day at the moment
Personally, I see no reason to mess with Karma0 -
I'm saying nothing. Is that the 'decent thing'?
this thread would have gone much better for you if you just admitted from the outset that common decency doesn't come naturally, and asked for advice on what that would be in the circumstance.
although you've been told many times and don't seem to care.0 -

Don't seem to care what? Not sure what you're adding to this thread other than jumping to conclusions about things you know little about.Occam/s_Razor wrote: »so now you are an expert on how *you* come across to *others*
that's just mental.
Not as mental as your peculiar ramblings. Why would I not be?0 -
Do not leave a note.
If you did you could be incriminating yourself in a future law suit. I assume you signed a document stating that you knew of no problems with x, y and z and they were in good working order. Even though it is advised that a buyer should get independent verification, if you have misled them via the form you could be sued.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0 -

I haven't misled them and wouldn't have done so.0 -
So have the issues you mention in your first post only come to light since you signed any documents relating to the condtion of the house etc?
The roof, yes. The central heating works fine other than the timer (which never has and I don't believe the questionnaire went into specifics).
There was certainly no question about the gas fire (which has needed a new thermacouple since the winter) and is a simple fix.0
