Febreze works well on getting rid of kitty litter smells and they do a hypo-allergenic one - the one I use cos of my asthma

Dampen a tea towel and twirl it around your head - it picks up odours and will not cause any allergic reactions.

Our house is so bad we have to use a pig as an air freshener and wipe our feet before leaving.

I'm surprised that Neutrodol has caused some asthma attacks. I'll have to remember that for when we have company as thats what we use. We've had problems with both Oust and Febreeze before ourselves so use Neutrodol.

I prefer the smelly candles like the Yankee ones, but I like Neutrodol too.
I'm not really keen on chemicals at home.

....they cause cancer - or was it foot and mouth ? It was in the Daily Mail recently, so they must be dangerous :rotfl:

OH bought me a Lamp Berger a few years ago and that is brilliant at odour elimination, if I leave it in the hallway with all the doors in the house open the whole house smells lovely and fresh.
