sory just to let other users know, I booked a gas safety certificate and a epc energry performance certificate from the chap above for £79. Im paying extra for a carbon monoxide alarm (responsible landlord and all that )

will update with what went on.

Update,
Everything went fine, work completed as expected, no problems with gas but I knew that anyway. slightly rushed but professional independent who did the epc and gas certificate in one go at a price I couldnt find anywhere else.

Would recommend.

Hi Karen,
I thought that I should issue a personal thank you to you and to the gentleman who I used for my gas safety certificate and landlords energy performace certificate.

I called the company he came out the next day. I wasn't at the property at the time and I asked if the keys could be collected from the estate agents. They were without issue and I have since been issued with an invoice to pay.

I will use this gentleman again when I sell my current property and need a EPC. It was value for money I must say.

Hi,
Anyone in Mid Cornwall do a reasonable quote please ?

I have 2 apartments that have a gas boiler, (& poss a gas fire in same room), in Bodmin.

Everything else is lectric.

[maybe worth a trip for someone who hasn't been to this historic place: Jamaica Inn, Bodmin Moor, Bodmin Jail etc]

There are 15 units in the block, I can try to get more custom for later.

although its spam, thats a damn good price for a gas safety check

some1 mentioned rushed, but its not hard to do the checks.

the hard part is the qualification

i have family in the trade, and they charge me 40 quid.

he used to want more til i started going elsewhere

The company I use for boiler maintenance have just quoted me £40 for the safety certificate after I reminded them that we use them to service/repair our boiler - I live in Suffolk.
