Not happy with this lot. Van Meuwen sent e-mail and written confirmations of orders. Now have received a letter to say that they are unable to fulfil orders as they have "depleted all stocks" and will be processing a refund. Van Meuwen are continuing to sell these plants on their site.
I got the same & I totally agree. If their stocks are depleted they should not still be offering them on their website.

This is a blatant lie as the plants were not due to be despatched until the end of November and Van Meuwen are continuing to sell these plants on their site.
Another one here who'received their cancellation letter today, but apparently they are only refunding half the amount! :mad: I'll let you know what happens when I discuss the matter with Customer Services.

Sorry about the delay, porblems with my internet connection < sigh >.
Spoke to their Customer Services, who while being friendly, weren't terribly helpful. They couldn't explain why I'd had multiple order numbers given to me, nor could they explain why only half the money had been taken from my account.
I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, I can confuse myself, I don't need anyone else doing it for me
