I had the same a cancellation email and then today an order update which is promising as it states Blueberry hop hat 3.
They have also taken my money and as far as I am aware as soon as they take money they enter into a contract so they *should* honour it.Trying to make a better life.... If you need me you'll find me at the allotment.0 -
I had the order update email, but it's got a different order number on it! When I logged into my account, the original order number is still there.

Strange... I've just received an email saying that my blueberry plants have just been dispatched too... and with a different order number as well. Payment was taken last week and no refund on my credit card statement so far, let's hope that they appear at my door soon!0

I've just been told that despite the confirmation e-mail and money being taken, my order is being cancelled and they are refunding the money - very confusing

As far as I am aware, no contract is entered into until the item is despatched.0 -

Mine came in the post today!. Not much stem to them - two/three stems about 6" long, but well rooted in a 9cm pot.
Planted a few mins ago and watered in with rain water.0 -

so email and letter to cancel....
