    Baxi solo 2 controls the pump from the pcb as it has pump over run built in and also the fan.

    The pcb checks the APS is in the correct position before allowing the fan to spin, then the pcb checks the fan is spinning via the APS before allowing ignition sequence to begin, so the pcb is really controlling everything on these boilers.

    You need someone competent and safe with a multimeter to test for 240VAC at the circuit board connections.
