Who knows, but you must use your current supplier. Caution in understandable, negativity is self-defeating. Not sure what I'm seeing.GooliesOfFire wrote: »I'd like to change my meter to single tariff, but can I trust EDF with that?

By the way.. How come EDF knows my electric meter serial number? They haven't contacted BG yet.0

I've just moved to EDF and had the same problem of not knowing which row was which rate. In the end I went for night (low) on the top and day (normal) on the bottom, because that's how it works on my meter, and indeed in their little diagram.
This thread has just prompted me to log in to my account. The meter reading section now has an L in the first row and an N in the second, so luckily everything seems to be okay. That said, the actual meter readings haven't appeared yet...0 -
With L and N it would be so much better.. I've got 1 and 2
On my meter 1 is normal and 2 is low
Looks like my electric readings given on 9th of this month are gone...
