Got my bucket of Maltesers-any more choc bargains around?

Got myself a bucket full of Maltesers (this is an aside but up until about 2 weeks ago I always thought they were spelt Malteasers).
Anyway, they cost me £3.24 for an 800g bucket. This was from Sainsburys. I reckon they will be cheaper in Asda or Tesco but for me to go to one that is not an express store would take me an hours round trip so for me I didn't think it was worth it. For a packet of Maltesers from Sainburys that is 175g, they cost £1.45 so I was chuffed with the price I paid for my bucket.:j
Last year I got a bucket of Maltesers which had milk and white choc Maltesers, that was for a 719g bucket. It cost me around £2 then. The one I got this year is a slightly bigger bucket and it only has milk choc Maltesers.
In Sainsburys also they had big tins of biscuits at half price down to £3.99.
At M&S they still have some Walnut Whips at £1.99 for a box of 8.
All the Xmas confectionary is down to half price such as the net of choc coins and snowy balls.
They have a Belgian choc pudding that is half price down to £1.99. Not tried it but been told by many customers that it is totally scrummy. Went to my local store and they had sold out. Not surprising as they sold really well at full price.
The 500g boxes of choc biscuits are half price at £2.24.
I know that some people will be sick of the sight of choc and biscuits but for me, there is never enough.:o
There are always guests that will help me eat them! At least thats what I tell myself!

Theres only one way to eat maltesers and that's out of a box. Don't ask me why, but they just don't taste as nice from a packet, but from a box - delicious!!
