Yeah - surprised she was canned - couldn't see that her business plan was any worse than Tom's and more original than Helen's.I think....0

So did I.Henry VIII was a strong King with a very strong sense of humour and VIII wives, memorable amongst whom were Katherine the Arrogant, Anne of Cloves, Lady Jane Austin, and Anne Hathaway.
Err, yes.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

We watched it, it has become a bit of a family habit to take our comfy pillows, a cup of tea and some cake into eldest son's bedroom and watch it on his telly (apart from middle son who has no interest in it).
I always liked Tom but was worried he would suffer as he is such a nice person and nice people do not tend to do so well in that process. Helen I fear applied a year too late, she had all the required elements for the old style Apprentice and would have walked it if it had not been for a poor business idea - I was actually quite shocked at how poor her idea was. I am similar to her in real life, not an ideas person but an organisational and improvement of an idea sort of one.
Susan will go far, she has the determination to do so and although a niche market, has the right sort of product idea. I actually quite liked Jim's idea, ok, maybe not a huge amount of money to be made but a service which could help the youngsters of today (one of the local High Schools already has a similar thing running but for those who are below the level of taking GCSE's).
What was eery, was Tom's notebook and the way he visualised things.....youngest has a notebook in which he jots down all his inventions and ideas and also has the weird ability to take things apart in his mind and see things from all angles. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I think that is the period Cadfael was set in.
I've never read those. Always meant to, never got round to it....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
