    When it comes to wills and probate, I'm no expert. Nor in trusts, either. Just basic uni stuff.

    Sorry to say, KFC isn't remotely my idea of a treat.....

    No, it was just round. Chocolate cake - they know we all like that best. I did have candles on it, although not 42 of them. One of them was stuck into a holder with a 4 and a 2 stuck in it behind the candle, though. They sang happy birthday and I had to blow out the candles and make a wish. A few years ago DD was convinced that I would want a party with lots of games, and that we should do party bags to give to my grown-up friends to take away with them. She's grown up a bit now, and didn't suggest we should do bags for me to take to the pub last night with my mates from work.

    Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
    Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.     :)

    I'll be seeing a solicitor next week; can't wait the month as I need to understand what it means as we need to get the remaining old sorted out and in order to do that we need to understand everything (money, needs)..... I could type it all out elsewhere.... but I won't mither you NP with it :)

    Lawyers cover us all - solicitors and barristers. And I'm the latter. All I know about trusts etc is from uni. I do immigration and public law.

    I would, & request that the whole order is recooked fresh. Most fast food places will refund the cost as well (if you've had the travelling).

    I would because KFC gravy is the don!:drool:

    (NB I appreciate that some of you may be getting the impression that I have a severe gravy fetish...:eek:)
