Need to Sort Broadband - Not sure where to start

Hi foxtrot_mike,

to get a true speedtest the first job is to connect the pc to the router via an ethernet cable. Run the speedtest in safemode with networking and use the TT speedtester not a 3rd party one(it saves them for us to view.)

Thinks seem to have improved but im not convinced it will stay like that as it has been up and down as indicated by past results.
