Mistake on order from amazon seller- dilemma!

Hi, I don't really know where to post this or what to call it so sorry if it's in the wrong place!
I recently bought 8 toothbrush heads from a seller on amazon (2 packs of 4 heads). When I received the package it only had 1 pack of 4 toothbrush heads so I emailed explaining the problem, and the seller said it was a packing error and they would send the rest of the order out to me.
Yesterday I received another package but it had 2 packs of 4 toothbrush heads in, so now I have 12 heads (3 packs of 4) but I've only paid for 8!
My dilemma is, did they mean to send me an extra 4 because of the inconvenience? Or did they make another mistake and if so should I send them back or pay for them, because I don't want to pay to post them back?
Any ideas welcome! Thanks

do the right thing and contact them. they might have done it on purpose as a 'sorry' but it could equally have been a mistake.
unless it's a high value item, the seller may just let you keep them. if it was on purpose, happy days.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
i'll temper that, however, by saying if they do want the heads back, tell them [politely] you'll send them back if they pay for P+Phelpful tips

Send them an email along the lines of..
"the missing items arrived today, an extra pack was included -- that's very kind of you, I won't hesitate in recommending your company in the future!"
Your conscious clear and they will probably feel bad asking to get them back and likely let you keep them0 -

That's funny, good idea! Whether I can actually make myself write that or not... I'm the sort of person who says sorry when people bump into me!0 -
To be honest, toothbrush heads aren't that expensive and they'll probably let you keep them anyway, considering they'd have to pay any costs to return it.Competition wins: Where's Wally Goody Bag, Club badge branded football, Nivea for Men Goody Bag0
