And the detox has fallen by the wayside
Its actually not as bad as it sounds, I was spending all my time thinking about food / drink, didn't have any of the thumping headaches / flu feelings that people report, so assume I actually don't need a detox as much as I thought? Anyway, I had a tube of smarties
and then for lunch had the chicken salad that I would have been having on the detox anyway. I'm going to have some grapes now as a dessert, again not allowed on the detox but actually perfectly healthy
It seems to have given me a bit of motivation again for ww, lets see if it lasts

Thought it strange that ds was having a lie-in today ... he woke up, ran to the bathroom and threw up
Plans for today re-written, ds is now vegging on the sofa under a blanket, quite sleepy and gently sipping water, I'm now going to have today as my indoor blitzing day (was going to be tomorrow as ds is going to holiday club for the day). Shame though as its another lovely day today

Having quite a productive day so far;
- paid in a cheque
- 2 lots of washing
- emptied / reloaded dishwasher
- decluttered & hoovered hall cupboard (boots gone away til the winter)
- cleaned guinea pigs
- cancelled 2 free trials
- got a settlement figure for dfs sofa (no cheaper than paying monthly??) ... 15 months to go
- sorted all smellies / jewellery / makeup
- Made a homework timetable for ds
- set up voicemail on new phone
- watered plants
Still lots more to get done today and tomorrow, will update with more progress later. The rain has now arrived and ds is still having a dvd marathon on the sofa. He's managed to eat some toast and keep it down but is still jsut a bit floppyMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
