I just ordered Nick Vujicic's book, I've been meaning to buy it for ages and ages, our library don't have it, and finally I've ordered it, only costing me £5  I absolutely love Nick, the guy is phenomenal. If you haven't heard of him then get on to youtube and type his name in. He's the most inspirational person I've ever heard of and very very cute too
. I do keep checking to see if he's speaking in the U.K. at all, I'd love to hear one of his speeches
I was in bed very early last night so have only just spotted the voucher - they've all gone:(
Well done you for getting in quick:T I'll have a look online about that guy, I've not heard of him.I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
i managed to get one done last night too ben ben had to order two items so that it would take the £5 off but very good.

Grr, had a text from the crim's family today to say his sister has chicken pox and they hope she didn't pass it on to ds at the weekend  I can't help but suspect they already knew as the sister stayed in the car when they collected him which she never normally does .... ds has had it twice before but both times very mildly and doctors said he wouldn't be immune and could get it again, I really don't need that, in terms of time off work it would be awkward and also we are going to the isle of wight in a few weeks so don't want that coming out by then  Hmm, will keep an eye on him, he's been complaining of a headache today which is unlike him ... hopefully he'll be fine
Today has been another nsd so far although its chip night so it won't last.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Ooooh I'd stock up on pirion syrup now if I were you. Also make sure you've got some oats so you can give him an oatmeal bath daily(fill old pair of tights with oats, tie up, run under water, then use to sponge him over) I found this much better at drying out the spots than calamine lotion.
I'm sure he'll be fine though - he may have built up more immunity than you think. It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Evening all, another dull day at work, nothing major happened. Ds had a minor wobbly tonight (laptop kept freezing when he was looking at buses), but other than that he has been great tonight. I have spent the evening pottering around and have just realised that it is almost the weekend and the flat is actually tidy and pretty clean
I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen tonight (except for the floors), hoovered through, filled the dishwasher, did two loads of washing, theres only todays clothes in the washing pile now and only 2 items in the ironing pile :T I even cleaned all the shelves from the fridge and the cutlery tray in the drawer
The weekend will hopefully be quite free now, so other than ds drama lesson (and possible bus day afterwards), the other stuff I need to get done are;- change beds
- clean guinea pigs out
- dust and hoover through
- clean kitchen / bathroom floors
- visit Dad
- ironing
- ds homework
- sort paperwork
