I keep forgetting to weigh myself :o. Last week I'd lost the 1.5lb I'd put on the week before but I reckon this week it's all gone back on again (too many birthdays = cakes at work this week)....

Thanks for your updates, I will try and update the chart this weekend. I, again, haven't even tried, I've just lost my motivation at the moment.

Finally its halfterm, I was in a great mood until I arrived home and found a letter from another mediation place that the crim has been to. I called the other one to see if they knew anything about it and apparently he told them to close the file with them as they couldn't see me until Easter and he wanted sooner than that. He doesn't bother asking me .... Anyway, had a look on this new ones website and I won't qualify for legal aid, so would get the first session free and then have to pay £150 + VAT per session after that, and they say it usually needs 4 sessions   Me thinks this is his revenge for me being a witness against him ... He hasn't called ds for 10 days now, if he calls tonight I will speak to him first and say that I can't afford to do that  However, I think if he can prove I wouldn't go to mediation then he can take it straight to court. Hmm, here we go again .....

  • He really is a star isn't he - maybe he should be sewing some mailbags to keep him busy instead of dreaming up this waste of taxpayers money in taking you to court.
Did the other mediation service mention what was likely to happen if the matter went to court? There is a massive difference between wouldn't and couldn't go to the service - if he is so keen then he or his blinkered parents should pay - you have enough to pay for in bring up his Son with no help from him!
Best of luck with it all - you are doing a wonderful job.
Rant over - will lurk again now.

And just to round my day off, just had a text from cutie .... he's had a crap week, has jacked in his course and is going away for the week so has had to cancel our drink this week  Lost cause .... I text him back saying I hope he's okay and if he wants to meet up at some point to let me know but otherwise I won't hassle him anymore ...

And cutie has replied to my text  :) He said I'm not hassling him at all, give him a few days and he'll call me :D:D Time to buck my ideas up and get on with it, am sat around waiting for the crim to call so I can tell him what I think, then I might start blitzing the flat tonight ;)

Boo to the ex could you not make out you haven't received the letter and drag it out for as long as possible so that it isn't worth his time in going through with it as he will be out. Also sent you a pm about some info that may help about ASD. Sent it twice sorry the joys of computers!
