O2bfree reporting that although I had a very good week food wise and went to Zumba.
I somehow managed to put on half a pound.
Hoping that it is a blip and I will show a bigger loss. It is going to be a struggle to lose 7lb this month now!!

    Thanks for keeping score :)

Evening all, PL was very kind and reminded me tonight to book my Sun holiday :D We are going for 4 nights to the Isle of Wight at Easter, we can see it from the end of our road but ds has never been yet. Its £40 for the 4 nights accomodation and then I need to book the ferry which is £110   but luckily I can use some of my tesco clubcard vouchers, but still may not have bothered with the island if I'd realised that beforehand :o

Tesco shopping was delivered tonight, £47 in total after I sent a couple of bits back that weren't what I wanted.

    £3 spend on lunch today.

And its about time I owned up .... my weightloss is going completely the wrong way, I have just lost all motivation and I know its partly because of cutie but I really want to lose the weight but cant get focused, and the cold weather doesn't help, I need to eat stodge :o:o I have however not had any alcohol all year and also haven't bitten my nails either :D Well done to everyone else on their losses though :T
