Hi Benben, glad you had a good time last night.
Like PL and others, I too noticed you didn't post nice and early....
Hope you and your ds have a great Christmas. Xxx0 -
Glad it went wellIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0

Am home now and not planning on going out anymore today
So what do you all make of it? Do you think he does just want to be friends? I'm confused
In answer to your earlier question PL, he's about 5ft 8, quite skinny, a bit preppy but in an art student kinda way?? Very well spoken, a gorgeous sense of style (lightweight wool jumpers, scarf, dark jeans, boots, wool coat)... slightly floppy hair but in an oh so haven't tried kinda way and just the mosty luscious eyes ever ... can you tell I like him?? :rotfl: :rotfl:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

you could just go along with his way for the next couple of weeks if he asks to meet up and hopefully he will get to know you better, has he been hurt in a previous relationship. then after sometime ask him how he feels about the relationship you have, have his feelings changed and does he see a future with you. Lets hope he feels different and if you are still happy with how you feel about him then as the saying "two become one" plus son.
Have a great xmas and hopefully an even better new year.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -

Going a bit off topic but thanks for the tip about the Tesco coats on offer. The twins are a little old for the sizes that were left but when I was on there, snapped up a pair of Simpsons dressing gowns at £5.50 each which was half price, I think!
Thanks for the tip and Merry Christmas.0 -
Glad to have helped somehow Mart, hope you had a great Christmas too. Despite my lack of Christmas spirit I have actually really enjoyed today, had a lovely day at mums, nice presents, good food, quite a few laughs, and the two best bits of the day ....
(1) ds has been an angel all day, polite, helpful and just generally lovely :T
(2) I sent cutie a text to say Happy Christmas this morning and he replied about an hour later (very quick response for him), saying Merry Christmas, I had a great time on friday
Absolutely made my day .... I really need to get him out of my head as I'm getting stupidly daft over him

Morning all
A lovely nights sleep last night, just played Mario Kart on the Wii with ds (father xmas brought us a 2nd controller at last
), now just off for a soak in the bath. Later on we're seeing other relatives and going for a walk along the beach. Happy boxing day everyone
