I dont know if its just me but some of these emails I get do make me laugh,
They normaly say that I am Mrs Obulu Gouli and want to give you 5.5 Million US Dollars and I must get at least 2 a day from some idiot somewhere.
I see straight away what and who they are, but how many do they send and how many people actualy fall for these types of scams, surely you can not be that stupid as to think that you are going to get free money ?
I like to wind them up and sometimes replying yes please and string them along for a little while, however have run out of ideas as to what to reply now, any ideas gratefuly received !

Just Google '419 scammer' or '419 baiters' and you'll see many people who spent their spare time playing along with these scammers.... some of the stories that these 'baiters' do is remarkable - scamming the scammers.

Thanks for that I shall be using some of the content from the website.
Its a shame that some people do fall for these scams and lose 1000's of pounds of money, I just dont understand how they can be taken in by it !0 -
I've often wondered what would happen if you set up a bank account with nothing in it and not linked to any of your other accounts then gave the scammers the details for that? Then bombarded them with "where's my money?" e-mails!
Probably illegal though as well as a complete waste of time, so never done it.Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -
