Hi I have checked over everything and its various items through the receipt some baby thing and other house items . When I called next to be very honest the person didn't speak that great English so I don't even think they understood the situation. In total two different people were scanning the items and some are also done twice on it.
  • off to check mine! thanks 4 the post

Just checked mine I am over charged by £25 for items I dont have I just called next who said bring in my receipt to them but how can this prove I dont have them ?

A sales assistant said to me yesterday if this ever happens bring back straight away and they would refund.

Yesterday morning, the two youngsters on the till could not scan items, take off tags etc so something told me the bill was not going to be right.

I asked them to count up all my items as queue was quiet- they had 14 on till but there were only 13 on the desk so I knew they charged me twice for something.

I actually pointed out a pair of kids jeans had gone through twice - the assistant wasted more time checking through everything (obviously did not believe me) and guess what - yes was charged an extra £9.50 for the said jeans. Then whole thing voided. then had to do all again and then she nearly scanned a pair of chinos twice:eek:

I triple checked that receipt before going through the exit as about 5 years ago I was charged twice for a dress but did not realise until I got home - vowed never to let that happen again.

    CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!!

I got undercharged yesterday, paid £5 instead of a tenner for a smart men's shirt and tie set. I think the assistant must have scanned in someone else's tag as itwas pretty chatic at the till. As you can imagine i shot out of the store prettysharpish lol

I think theres been a bit of a stock issue this year with regards to sale and non-sale items as when I was in there I heared a sales assisstant telling another sales assisstant to move some underwear which had been put out with the sale items but was not on sale. My Mum picked up two t-shirts for my boys which were on sale racks but when we got home realised she had been charged full price.
  • i also got undercharged. They didnt scan through some baby sleepsuits feel bad but not enough to go back lol
