It's entirely up to you whether you go back for treatment or not and you are entitled to choose dentist you want to carry out the treatment but do you think that makes it OK to not only deprive another person of an appointment but to be responsible for financial loss to another person?

Out of common decency you should have told them you weren't planning to attend.

So are you saying I have no common decency? I was a Medical Secretary for 12 years and I know only too well DNA's as it happens I was ill on this day due to the trauma I was put through and furthermore...when I needed and emergency appointment earlier they wouldnt give me one hence the mess my tooth ended up in the first place. I dont think I owe these people anything love or anyone else anything for that matter. At least have the decency to get the full facts before you accuse someone of having no common decency.
:D Advice freely given is rarely taken except on MSE:cool: Dont shoot the messenger:)
