Calling abroad to abroad on a UK network
Hi everyone. I was wondering if somebody could clear something up for me regarding calling from abroad to abroad on a UK network:
Me and a few friends are travelling Europe next month, and are looking into the cheapest way of calling each other whilst in Europe.
Am I correct in thinking that, whilst abroad, if I call my friend with my current UK network, I would be charged for the call to the UK, then again for the call to Europe because he is also roaming?
I assume the cheapest option for us is to all get international SIM's?
Many thanks in advance, hope this makes sense!
