Know just wot you mean, we went the same route with some yoghurt maker thing, supposed to be wonderful but you had to buy the ingredients from the appliance manufacturer. I think we ate 4 yoghurts as a result of that brilliant investment. . . then chucked it all away.
Thankfully, our bread maker has fared better. . .0 -
Don't bother with the cap machines like magimix. go and get a Gaggia Evolution for £72 from the Gaggia Outlet. Much better machines.0

Hey poops: where??? Can't find a 'gaggia outlet', just some sites selling discounted gaggias. Not one of 'em though has a price for the Evolution approaching £72 (which I agree, certainly makes for a far better buy than any so-called "capsule machine".)
Any ideas? Thanks!:beer:0 -
saw this today, Original price apparently £399, down to £70 in Cheltenham HoF. Looks nice, don't know if it's any good, but a good price!
Edited to say This item was not bought by me, and as far as i know is available in the basement in Cheltenham HoF for £70:rudolf:0 -

I got one of these in the Victoria branch (all gone now). The original price is legitimate. Excellent machine.
