If the mistake has caused significant inconvenience or pain and suffering to the OP, they should be compensated. However, the level of compensation should be reasonable and proportionate.
Agreed - Max Clifford i guess got reasonable and proportionate compensation - now how do we measure the OPs pain - 2 week's of distress waiting for the website to be updated?John0
