Tesco's quit Kit money off coupons inside

hi could any body give me some ideas on how to use the following coupons:
from quit kits:
15 x colgate plax 1.00 off
5 x colgate 40p off
15 x healthcare 2.00 off an 8.00 spend
15 x fitness accessories and machinery 2.00 off an 8.00 spend
2 x beauty beauty products 1.25 off 5.00 spend
1 x toiletries 1.25 off 5.00 spend
15 x clothing 6.00 off a 30.00 spend quit kits
1 x 4.00 off kidswear 20.00 spend
1 x 6.00 off womenswear 30.00 spend
1 x 6.00 off menswear 30.00 spend
10.00 off clothing 50.00 spend

also the following vouchers from the so beautiful mag.
9 x charles worthington dream hair products 2.50 off a 10.00 spend
9 x beauty or toiletry products 2.50 off a 10.00 spend
50 extra clubcard points beauty or toiletry products 2.00 spend

i would be so grateful for any ideas , particularly in using the
"so beautiful "vouchers .

Does anyone in the Herts area know if there are any Quit packs, So Beautiful mags etc to be found? - Watford & Boreham Wood, Cheshunt, Hatfield, Stevenage etc? Thankyou. x

The Quit £6 is only valid until the 31st, so you'll have to use this combination before then.

On a £60 clothing(any) spend, you can use the £10, £6 womens, £6 mens and 2 xQuit £6....(the £4 blue is an awkward one, and i dont use it..) giving you £34 off.

Unfortunately you only have enough different coupons to do one decent "shop"

Toiletry wise if you pick something like Radox bath at £1.58 bogof, and £1.98 actually comes off the bogof...so in theory(done it many times), if you spend£10 (6 a £1.58 and and a 58p bar of soap) you can use 1x£2.50 and the 3 Quit £1.25's...totalling £6.25....off your after bogof total of £4.12....giving you another £2+ off your clothes spend

You could use the Colgate coupon by buying Colgate in the same way as the Radox.(but it will only come off Colgate)...spending £10, giving the coupons above and 4 x 40p

The £2 of healthcare and £2 fitness ones i have found useless(got loads left)

The Plax coupon was great when the Plax was on bogof.

You (I have) can hand in 5 x50 pointers for every £10 spend(before bogof)

The rest of your £2.50 off £10, I would hang on to, as you really need to combine them with the new £2 off £8 valid until 29/04.

The CW £2.50 is only valid on CW stuff......but if you spent £10 on this, you could combine it with the £2.50 above, to get £5 off your spend......I dont think this is on bogof though...so maybe not worth it.

I think that about covers it..........theres penty of the £2 off £8 being given away on the threads.

I cant understand why it should accept the 2x £2.50 before bogof, and only 2 of the Quit.......are you sure all 4 were "beauty".

I wondered earlier in the week, if the total was now being measured "after bogof", but no sign of it for me over the weekend.

The same with your 50 pointers, I regularly use multiples of these....so cant see why it should only accept 2......again..are you sure it was the till that rejected your coupons.....did you hear it "beep", or could it have been an SA thing?

The Pharmacist at Watford on Saturday afternoon said there were no Quit packs, that they get them weekly and were expected some today, Monday.
Only 5 So Beautifuls seen there Saturday on the big counter near the clothing.

Cheshunt last Thursday had no So Beautiful mags, I didn't see any quits there either.

However, that was a few days ago. Maybe someone who has been to these Tescos more recently could let us know if they have seen any.

Finally found a quit pack after months of scouting.

Miserable girl only had four left in promotion box and said I could only have 2.

Still better than nothing - now I have got to work out how to use them.

Definately only "beauty" as I'd looked up the product online and specifically sorted out only beauty coupons (plus the others i was going to use) before going into the store.

The SA tried to scan all the coupons, the till beeped, he said i'd not spent enough, so I told him the suncream was a tenner each and therefore it should accept one per £5. He checked the till receipt (without seeing the BOGOF as it hadn't printed out that far yet on his printer) and tried to scan them again, and again the till beeped.

Once he'd done all the coupons (he happily took the £3.50 Mail book token, without questioning the fact that I'd not bought the book!) I gave him a pile of the 50 point coupons, as I'd expected at least 10 to scan. He scanned two and then the till beeped, he tried to scan another couple, but then I told him they were all the same and it wasn't worth trying the rest.

So all in all, a bit of a mystery unless this is programmed at store level, as I can't reconcile the acceptance of the two £2.50 coupons with the rejection of the others!!

I'm tempted to try exactly the same purchase at another store (this was a large Extra, BTW) to test that theory - I'm sure we'll make use of the suncream, what with all this global warming and all........

Hi there were 'So Beautiful' booklets in the large Stevenage store last week - on a table at the end of the makeup isle but being guarded - no quits

On Saturday there were only the £2 off which were about to expire - nothing else. I'll pop in there again at the end of the week/end so I'll update you if I see any new ones out.

Sorry this won't help but it saves you looking. I noticed on Sunday that Redditch Extra no longer had them out. Luckily I picked up another the week before :rolleyes:
