A Possible 10p off every litre with Tesco

Hey guys,

Firstly, If I have posted this in the wrong place please move it.

I was doing my weekly Tesco food shop which seems to increase every week but thats another story. I recieved my 5p off every litre and the lady at the check out informed you can use two of the vouchers at the same time, so can get 10p insted of 5p off!!!! That is the first bit of good news I've heard from them in ages!!!! :T

Take care and I hope this helps a few people out!

Thank you, I've been trying to find out about this. I have 2 x 5p off per litre coupons, 1 from a £50 shop and one from buying 4 tins of tuna. The blurb in-store said you could use up to 3 coupons per fuel transaction, but the coupons themselves say 1 coupon per transaction. So I'll give it a shot

I got 10p off yesterday by using two £50 spend vouchers. in fact some people have used 3 and got 15p off. this offer may expire soon so use them quickly. It will probably go back to just one voucher per transaction.

I asked about the misleading 'only one coupon...' statement on the vouchers and was told Tesco just hadn't updated their software and that the offer certainly allowed you to use up to 3 at one time. The ordure will certainly hit the fan when I fill up on Sunday if I get any hassle!

    Hi,
    I will never get a 5p voucher as i don't spend £50 at tesco,

But!! my daughter always spends over £100 per week on food etc. What she does is..... asks the cashier when it get to £50 stop! pays for the first lot of shopping ...then continues with the rest of her shop then pays for that.
Having done two separate shops....Gets two 5p vouchers for petrol, used both at the same time last week
Hope this tip is useful to someone
    cheers:)
  • The deal spend £50 get 5 p off
if you buy 4 pack of tuna (£4.00) get another 5p off
buy a £10 pack coke get another 5 p off or buy pack of teabags get 5p off. You can use up to 3 coupons at the same time so that 15p off a litre. I bought the tuna, its only £4 and gives me 5p off, I did that three few times to get 3 vouchers (only 1 pack per visit). Anyway if Im confusing you - see here.

It would be a good idea to print this out and take it the petrol station with your 3 coupons as proof that they have to accept 15 p off .

I think the lady in store would be trumped by the wording on the coupon. In fact I'm certain of it.

Went to Tesco this AM Asked why the offer items on the website were not in the offer in store. Consternation all the way to compliance manager, sorry all round, website will be corrected. Managed to glean that each store will have 2 items in the offer each week.

Successfully used 3 coupons for 15p off per litre.
