Continental selling Virgin Flights

On Monday i purchased 9 tickets to Orlando flying from London Gatwick direct to Orlando with Continental, in the small print it stated the flights were operated with Virgin, the price was roughly £600 which i thought was a bargain, i rang Continental to ask for the Virgin booking code so i could pick our seats and was told they hadnt got it and not to worry. I rang again and was told they would honour my flights and that to try again later in the week. I rang yesterday and was told now they have mis sold me the flight and i can now either go indirect through New York or have my money back, surely they should be made to honour my flights.When i looked on Continental on Wednesday they was selling them again at the price i had got. I am now gutted, thought i had a bargain.!! Does anyone know who i could contact to clarify if i have a case or not so that they honour my flights.

As far as I can see an error has been made and they have sought to resolve it, giving you two acceptable options. I wouldn't stress yourself out over it and take the reroute or the full refund if you are not happy, and then you'll be no worse off.
