Thanks.

I wish someone would sort out bluetooth - PC connectivity. The only way I can get photos off my 6230 is by emailing them individually. Not to get too personal but my tongle doesn't seem to work. It sees my phone and visa versa but they just won't connect.
Perhaps one of sites that get mentioned could include some music so I can start using the media player properly.
Good phone though!

I'm sure you are aware that the 6230 has a 32mb mmc card inside.
The best way to manage the phone contents is via a card reader, connected to your pc. Take the card outa the phone and put it in the card reader then you can do absolutely anything to it.....load large mp3 files, dvd's, games etc etc........if you want one quick they got them in argos for around £15.
On the whole a better way than bluetooth.......I got both and tend to use the card reader more.........as more reliable and quicker at handling large files.0 -
If you got a phone and a pc then you can get simple s/w to rip your cd's to mp3 format..........and dvd's to gp3 format........then download to the mmc via the card reader.
This nokia6230 is an absolutely fabulous phone........but unfortunately its vast capabilities are loast on most people......which is a shame.
Did you know that an added 1gb mmc for only £49....makes the 6230 better than an i pod.0 -

The easiest way to do this is to buy a usb infared adaptor, you can pick these up for about £10-£20 and download upload etc between computer and phone via this
