Best Sim Only deal?

I've done a like-for-like comparison between 3, Virgin, T-Mobile and Vodafone, for a sim only deal £15 or less.
3 are offering 600 mins, 3000 texts and 1Gb internet. (Only drawback is it's a 12month contract.)
As far as I can tell, this is an unbeatable offer. Anyone know of a better deal?

my one is cheaper and better but they dont do it anymore.
If you have a existing 3 mobile, 3 should give you a better deal if you say that your a existing customer.
I am looking for a sim only deal for my mum, she wants a any net mins, and landline, and cheap.0 -
OP - have you looked at Talkmobile? They've got 750 mins, unlimited texts (fair usage is 3000 texts) and 500 meg data for £12/month (6 month contract). More minutes but less data - depends which is more important to you.0
-
If you use a lot of data, tmobile or giffgaff would be the best way fwd as you do not get charged extra for high usage although the minutes are likely to be lower.0

Vectone offer same as 3 but only 1 month contract.

tesco mobile - £10 per month - 250 inclusive mins - 5000 inclusive texts
one month rolling contract
500mb data can be added for £5 per month0 -
A few months ago i negotiated this sim-only deal for £15pm (12 month contract) from Vodafone to use with my iphone 4:
1900 mins (was originally 900 mins + 1000 mins landline mins but they've now combined the two to give 1900 any network mins)
1GB data
unlimited texts
Calls to 0845/0870/0800 numbers included (come out from 1900 mins)
Definitely worth calling them to ask if they can offer something similar to above

It is difficult to know for you what is a beatable offer unless we know exactly what you want.
300 minutes, 300 texts + flexible booster (e.g. internet or unlimited texts) = £10.21 per month with T-mobile.
12 month deal = £122.52
Cashback available via Top Cashback £80.80
12 month deal price less than £4 per month.

For me this would be spot on & I wouldn't find 12 months at that price a drawback.0 -
Ive just 'upgraded' from my o2 contract which had 1 month to run at £30.64 a month (I had a new phone last time) to a sim only simplicity deal.
I get the same 600 mins, unlimited texts and a 100mb data allowance for £13.50 a month. This starts straight away so they have credited me with the extra 17.14 I would have paid if I had seen out my old contract, and they gave me £50 of M&S vouchers.
When you take into account the £17.14 credit and the voucher, my new 12 month contract will effectively cost me a total of 94.86 or just 7.90 a month!
Should I have held out for better?0 -
I have been using Giffgaff for the last 4 months and Im quite happy with it. Giffgaff pricing is the lowest amongst mobile providers and service is reliable(O2 network). Most packages offer unlimited texts and unlimited web access without the need to be tied into a contract. The £10 goodybag that I use, gives me 250 UK mins, unlimited UK texts and unlimited web access for a month - which is better than most pay monthly contract deals. I use a HTC Desire HD...the mobile internet is quite good. If you decide to join and would like a free Giffgaff sim with £5 free credit pls PM me.:)0
