Mobile Phone on '3' Contract
I prob know the answer to thisquestion but am asking anyhow.
Got an upgrade phone HTC Sensation, delivered today. I obv opened phone and put my sim card in and actually some one rang me so I answered and then I did ring someone back. Downloaded HTC sense and by now am thinking , don;t think me n this will get along...
CAlled 3 who told me as I had used it unable to return however much I begged...
Phone is not going to meet my needs and unsuitable SO, question is, do I stand any chance legally of returning it successfully?

The contract is set in stone now, I think. Now as you've used the sim. But the phone itself they should allow if you nag them enough.
I have no idea why you wouldn't like that phone though. It's the best phone on the market in my opinion. Makes the iphone look gay.0 -
Ahh that's a point... It's my sim carried over so umm may ask...am coming round to it now lol...DO prefer my Nokia's tho!0

I love Nokias, I've always been happy with them. I took a chance and bought an HTC Desire HD after doing a load of research on Android and HTC. I can't imagine myself ever looking back now - even though I still think Nokias hardware is better (better cameras and build quality), the world that the android app market and functionality of the latest software means that Nokia's symbian cannot compete.
Hopefully they'll bring out a Nokia N8 style phone next year that will run android.0 -

Three have very specific rules, if you use the phone at all (and that means just turning it on) you have voided any rights to return the phone.
Sorry but you cannot return it under the DSR rules now.0 -
